This is from the Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research (the most reliable Palestinian pollsters) + Tel Aviv University (link in alt-text).
In West Bank+Gaza, there's a clear plurality for "Two states" (a decade ago, over 50% majority, now 40%). Dominant feeling is indeed despair.

There is not a single political party or mass movement in Palestine that advocates for this idea. Or in Israel for that matter.

A British politician making such statement is doing imperialism pure and simple. Giving up on an independent Palestinian state is for Palestinians to decide on. Not you.

It is now clear: there will be a ceasefire agreement this week.
Most, if not all, hostages would be exchanged for 250 Palestinian prisoners and over 1000 detainees.
The Israeli military will withdraw from about half of the Gaza Strip (it currently directly occupies over 80%)

That was the Israeli plan for Gaza City, by the way (ch12 news), for when it is established that Hamas gave a negative answer:

Everyone who stays in the city will be killed.
(Quarter of a million people are there; many cannot leave)

By calling on Israel to suspend immediately all bombing of Gaza, Trump is demonstrating who's in the driver's seat - days after he published the humiliating picture of Netanyahu reading a dictated apology to the PM of Qatar.

The key issues that are still unclear:

-Timeline for Israeli withdrawal
-Extent and mechanism of Hamas "demilitarisation"

Theoretically, these are workable issues. However, this map is an absolute non-starter.
Hamas will not agree for Israel to stay in the "perimeter", and certainly not in Rafah

Trump: we're working to finalise the agreement, Hamas is "very much aware", Israel is "informed."

Sadly, it's a widespread issue. Since COVID class attendance really dropped, students don't show up. Maybe move to zoom or provide short recorded lectures
