I think it would actually fall under neglect? But, either way, I'm sure that prosecutors will have a field day with this.
Sadly, an unvaccinated child has now died in Texas. This is our first measles-related death in a decade.
My opinion: Unless a doctor determines that a child shouldn't, for whatever medical reason, be vaccinated, this should be deemed child abuse (if not homicide).
