Reminder that years ago it was found out that the FBI straight up made up a whole bunch of fake forensic sciences, plural. People have gone to jail and been executed due to literally pseudoscience.
Hair forensics, for instance, is totally nonsense.

The focus is on the consent of the fictional character which rings all the same alarm bells for me that are associated with the demand for consent from an illustration-- it's concerning that this is the angle instead of, say, using AI to remove a real person's clothing. Thin edge of the wedge.

Many lab interns do get *quite* the first taste of REAL specimen handling.
...though, most are glad the facilities have an internal med-bay. Many didn't come out those chambers unscathed... or at least, with hips intact!
