I'm confused by the questions in the Life in the UK test. Surely the only relevant questions are 'compare paprika vs. salt and vinegar flavoured crisps' and 'do you take milk in your tea?'. Not the dates of the Acts of Union.

Versioning is so underappreciated! See the thread here for everything you need to know
In the world of research data, small changes can have big consequences. Without proper version control, it’s easy to lose track of who changed what, when, and why. That’s where version control becomes a quiet but powerful force in data stewardship.

When youths play reggaeton really loudly on their phone speakers on a train, am I allowed to go sit next to them and blast out 'lady in red' by Chris de Burgh?

If I was running across the top of a train like they do in the movies, I would absolutely trip over these things here.

I took a bunch of videos on WhatsApp of cats I saw on my morning walk and it's been overlaid with the music that I was listening to at the time, which just makes it so much better. 🧵

Planning my bike trip holiday. Calais to Chateau Gaillard, then Chateau Gaillard to musee des blindes. And what the fresh hell is this hill? Do I just have to cycle up a wall? Blanche is an old lady bike, she can't do that.
