In a press release, the government claimed they suspect the explosion has been orchestrated by Serbia which "has the capacity for such a criminal and terrorist crime".

Kosovo Security Council met after midnight regarding an explosion that damaged the 'Iber-Lepenci' canal in Zubin Potok, in north of Kosovo, the third in the last 72 hours.
Water supply was interrupted. The damages were fixed with temporary tubes overnight.
