BREAKING: Democrats have *flipped* a seat in Georgia's state House tonight.

Democrat Eric Gisler has won the seat, which was previously held by a Republican who resigned this fall.

This is a red territory: Trump won the district by 13% in 2024.

Trump says reporting on his health is "seditious, perhaps even treasonous, for The New York Times, and others, to consistently do FAKE reports in order to libel and demean 'THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.' They are true Enemies of the People, and we should do something about it."

Emil Bove is, by all appearances, a criminal who flagrantly broke the law on Trump’s behalf multiple times before his confirmation. The fact that he has since donned the black robe is all the more reason to investigate and punish his extreme wrongdoing. This man is a stain on the judiciary.

Democrats—if they take back the House—already needed to launch an investigation into Bove’s egregious criminal conduct on Trump’s behalf before his confirmation to the 3rd Circuit. But they should also look into his brazen partisanship, which obviously violates the judicial Code of Conduct.

NY allowed religious exemptions from school vaccine mandates.

It spurred a measles outbreak, so the state passed a law ending the exemption.

Parents + schools + 22 red states asked SCOTUS to strike down the law and restore the exemption.

It appears … QUITE interested.

there is no available evidence that donald trump understands what a tariff is, what a trade deficit is, and what the national debt is.
The way Trump talks about the problems he caused by unilaterally imposing tariffs is fairly insane, even by his standards.

The Indiana Senate’s elections committee just voted to advance the GOP gerrymander.

The matter was genuinely uncertain… but the three Republicans who were uncertain as of this afternoon all voted ‘yes,’ pushing it thru 6-3. Moment of truth on Thursday but a first win for Trump and Mike Johnson.

Man this SCOTUS argument is wild. The 6 republicans ignored whether finding for Trump would logically lead to imperil other agencies, but have been hammering plaintiff counsel about a hypothetical future where Congress turns agencies into multi-member commissions to insulate them from the President
