One of my best friends and coworkers was told he’s most likely going to be laid off tomorrow because he’s a probationary employee
He’s only probationary because he’s a veteran hire and they have a 2 yr rather than 1 yr period

Ohhhh! So what I’m doing wrong is taking out student loans & not PPP loans, paying my taxes instead of not disclosing unethical gifts, & generally not already being rich? 🤦🏻♂️ I very obviously just misunderstood the rules & didn’t get punished by a system that punishes any mistake with perpetual debt.
