"The Cavalier Daily corresponded with former Rector Robert Hardie, whose term ended June 30, regarding the two accounts. He confirmed that he agreed with Ryan’s account.

'I concur fully with President Ryan’s recollection of events,' Hardie said."

While not a lot of the tools are new (and shoutout to the folks who made the original templates we cloned from), we hope shuttling them all into a common Gateway system that uses the same logic and the zebrafish Tol2, Tol1, and Phi31 systems is of use for other labs. So....

Or need an all in one / single vector Hot-Cre system for experiments in zebrafish?

Got that too!

Like piggybac transposons for in utero electroporation to generate brain tumors, or express other constructs?

We got you!

We also optimized and compared several piggybac Tet-On vectors for in vitro use, as well as tet-on/off, and FLEX/DIO vectors for AAV and lenti use

Interested in Tet-inducible systems?

We include middle entry clones containing rtTA, as well as 3' rtTA clones.
November 14, 2025 at 5:33 PM
We include new variants with IRES FP reporters as well!
November 14, 2025 at 5:33 PM
Need some strong single site vectors for expression in mammalian cells?

Like pCAGGs or pCAGEN?

We have several DEST vectors you can use that outperform pCS2!

We optimize the lexA/lexO system, and make it all compatible in a single vector system, with faster off kinetics via destablization domains and more changes.

We also include a FileMaker relational database for plasmid entry and record keeping!

You can find the database at Development in the supplementary materials, or at our website:
www.wythelab.com/wythe-lab-da...

In the supp materials we include videos that show how to use the database as well.
