NRMA EV chargers are introducing "idle time" fees. I'm all for it. Providing there's suitable app warnings/notifications & a 5 minute grace time (no more than that)! I'd even go so far as the "repeat offender" fee that doubles the idle fee when your a lazy fuck with a disregard for common decency.
