LRS: get a library card. Librarians are equipped with resources to help get you what you need. I walked people through burying relatives in Arlington, getting paperwork done for COVID shots, and finding someone to talk to during terrible times. In hard times, you want the resources in your pocket.

wanted to make like a protest guide too but it came out so extreme idk if people not from my country will benefit from it at all apart from one point: if you don't have a respirator and tear gas is being used, cloth, dampened with lemon juice should help protect your airway (better than using water)

i've learned about it when hrt was banned in my country. i have more resources i just need to translate them, will probably add to this post later, stay safe <3
