Funny how when we’re sick we go to the doctor.
When we have a toothache, we see the dentist.
But what about when we struggle with traumas, making it difficult to move forward, find peace, we shy away from seeing a mental health professional.
Someone who can help us sort things out. #mentalhealth 🩷
