A helpful Google engineer did verify we Canada’ed too hard in their system somehow and had to file an internal ticket to explain that our ip range was actually Comcast.
It was deeply annoying because all our Google devices (Chromebooks) changed timezones automatically, and we suddenly got locked out of being able to view region-locked content from the U.S.
