As somebody still living in FL, 32C would be a problem here too. Yes, we typically have AC... but who wants to spend the entire summer hiding inside their house?
We do cautions, too, for bad days, so the summer camp kids & grannies doing tai chi in the park don't DIE (bc that's happened before).
