There is a lot that can be, and is, done at all levels on promotion / risk management - key is knowing which they are & what is effective at which level. It’s often bigger ‘events’ that overwhelm them though not ness central gov. 10 years of gains were lost in a year in 2020 for example.

This isn’t a joke at all. The midlife misery dip is 55 for women. Misery is strongly associated with voting against the incumbent in elections.

This is really interesting idea. Also has the benefit of being a place to lodge ideas as they develop and continuing to grow them so they improve over time as they happen organically rather than rushing in response to specific time and call. They could be matched to ARI too & a review evidence base
