Just a guy who did an antifascist drawing once, and used to tweet about Holiday Road. Also just a guy not actually named Nolan.
I have an itchy block finger and am often in a foul mood, but I swear I’m often nice!

My wife just texted me from upstairs to remind me to brush my teeth tonight, so you can see how deep in I am.

Durbin I get (he’s worthless and always has been), but Duckworth is a fucking baffling senator. She doesn’t always suck, but she sure does like to remind me a few times a year that she’s a kind of a big disappointment too.

Every single one of those individual pains would be enough to bring me down on its own.

In the last five minutes, my sciatica flared up, locking my back, then my bad knee started hurting, then my bad shoulder joined in the fun, and now my neck is starting to hop on the bandwagon.

No offence to any of the English masters graduates who follow me or indeed the ones I know in real life, but what has gone wrong for someone to think that 'an English literature masters' is a thing you are doing for anything other than the love of English?

I had a similar mistake, but it was that Son Volt would last and Wilco would sort of fade away after a few albums.

I mean i didn’t see it until I was in my 30s (stupid me not watching it when it aired) so I’m sure teen wouldn’t have thought about that at all.

If there was one thing I would tell both fundamentalists/evangelicals and deeply anti-religious atheists, it’s that many books in the Bible are smarter and more subtle than either camp gives them credit for.

My pet peeve is it insists on telling me to take u-turns when 1. There’s often a sign saying u-turns are illegal at that intersection and 2. There is usually a much easier way that doesn’t involve a u-turn.
