@openvibe.social quite often, in light theme, I don't see my clock and other controls on top as the font is white on white background. But then sometimes I see it as the text becomes gray. Is it a bug from open vibe or android stuff?

@kerrynugent51.bsky.social 's magic column continues to live. These Hela and BSA-QC runs are 1100 injections apart, running mainly with one-column methods on nanoElute2 from #bruker 🥳

The column continues to live. 830 injections.
Highest plot, first BSA QC on the fresh column.
Lowest plot, latest BSA QC.

This column from Kerry (25cm, 1.5u 100A Reprosil Saphir C18 column) has now seen 620 injections, ranging from complex lysates, some unspecific digestion long peptides, and smeary IPs to EV samples, and the column stays strong. Back pressure doesn't even budge.

I am late to the party, but what a f&%$king shit show it was from Trump and Vance during the meeting with Zelensky! It was an ambush, done on purpose in front of cameras! WTF? If I was Zelensky, I would not be able to keep my temper as he did... Jfc!

I guess, that the lesson is learned... Very painfully... So much time lost. Hela is back.

Below are two different columns, showing different spray effects. Because of this, I kept using the column with spray issues for all the troubleshooting I have performed, cause, as we are at the university, these columns are very precious for us.

The story goes further!! Let's see...

The ITI consist of just a few parts, that all look completely fine. I wonder what could go wrong with such a part that causes this effect. The golden ring looks fine, the o-ring looks fine, no scratches, nothing.

- Bruker did a full calibration remotely (didn't help)
- I connected the CaptiveSpray Ultra to the other TimsTof Pro with the other nanoElute and the same effect so it is not the MS and not LC

The problem is most probably in ITI or the whole CaptiveSpray source.

The trap is on picture 1. Upper left is the sample loop. And when the flow omits the trap-col, it looks like this (picture 2)

Another strange thing. If I run the method with the trap column, the spray seems to be fine. Same Hela QC without trap column, has spray issues.

No no, everything is plug and play. So you have a column that is screwed in into the emitter and the emitter is directly attached to the glass capillary, see pictures attached.

2/2 ... the problem still persist. Any ideas?

I know that it's Christmastime and a common madness with packages, but... In the last 3 years, all 3 nearest post offices of #deutschepost were just closed. On Friday, I was waiting 35 minutes in the queue to send something. There was only one poor woman working there...

It was a bit hard to make, because of the dough that we use, but the results are satisfying and delicious! 🤩

@fcyucn.bsky.social Hi! Before I start a GitHub issue for FragPipe I thought I'd ask you shortly here. Can a non-specific digest search on dia-pasef data with a custom database of sORFs + Human be run?

The place where I live has only moderate hills and no real downhill sections, so I'm fine with drop bars on descent. But yeah, I can imagine that real downhill in this position can be sketchy 😏
December 5, 2024 at 7:24 AM
It doesn't 😏 But I'm not a radical who categorizes bikes. Drop bars are just more comfortable for my hands on longer rides. And on that uphill Strava segments where I need to sprint to get that few seconds 😉
