This is supremely dismaying. Teen Vogue had become the strident, honest voice of a generation largely in part thanks to this journalist. I'll look forward to what they do next.
I was laid off from Teen Vogue today along with multiple other staffers, and today is my last day.
certainly more to come from me when the dust has settled more, but to my knowledge, after today, there will be no politics staffers at Teen Vogue.

Nothing makes me grateful for food prep like the last three months of the year. We're so crazy at work, holidays, kids' events. Having soup and rice, something simple that I can heat up in a few minutes, makes the difference between having something nourishing versus whatever junk food I find.

several years ago I said there should be a reality TV show where each team is given a fixed budget and access to various DIY hardware stores/junkyards and 48 hours to build the best guillotine they can.
I'm still disappointed that no one has filled this gap in the market

Apparently it was also the first feature length film to be done entirely on commercial equipment. So the "hand cam" effects are literally because it was done with a hand cam. ❤️🤣
"The Last Broadcast" (1998) is adorably bad. It gives big film school freshman vibes. Like, I think that's part of why I like it. It's so bad it could theoretically be real.
