The Affordable Care Act lets Wisconsinites sleep at night knowing that a health emergency won’t send them into bankruptcy. But that security is on the brink of being stripped away from millions of families. I heard from Wausau families about the worry & pain this will cause them.

The Senate passed the bill nearly unanimously, yet ONE PERSON (Robin Vos) is keeping the door shut in the Assembly. Wisconsin women deserve better.

The bill would require insurance companies in Wisconsin to cover supplemental diagnostic examinations for women with dense breast tissue.

Congratulations to the Democratic Party of Crawford County for their HUGE donation to the Couleecap Food Pantry.

Crawford Dems raised $2300 and collected over 500 pounds of food. Both donations and food will help Coulee CAP distribute an additional 70 food baskets for the Thanksgiving holiday.

If the ACA credits are not extended Wisconsin farmers could see their monthly health care premiums double.
