I think Pearson got the go-ahead to clear the backlog of planes the snowstorm grounded. The last half hour its been nothing but constant plane engines. If I'm hearing them its usually a sign something's up (usually a thunderstorm they're dodging bc I'm the alt route, but not today LOL)

Today's so weird. All these goodbyes. The familiar system and years of my files are going to be blown away. And it feels like some part of me is dying. I've left every other place I've worked, this is the only one that had to let me go (and there's no fault to place). I really liked my job :(

Welp, today is my last day of work. I got laid off. I've been at this company since 2018, it's the longest I've ever stayed with one employer. There were a lot of people let go, and the more I hear about the quality of people gone, the more it's just a sad reflection of the industry rn :/
