Never mind, I take what I said about BakuDeku back (don’t get me wrong I still ship it hard). I just saw what Hori did to BakuDeku, so now I’m fine with what we got with SaneTan. Maybe Gotouge not doing more with Sanemi and Tanjiro’s dynamic was a blessing in disguise. 💀
For real. And, like, don’t get me wrong. I love KnY; it’s one of my my favorite anime/manga, but looking at Tanjiro’s relationship with Sanemi, I just lament the potential. Especially looking at BakuDeku and its development because SaneTan definitely could’ve been KnY’s bkdk.

TanKana and especially Inosuke x Aoi. No development, zero chemistry, and the last one came of outta nowhere. I’m still convinced Tanjiro got with Kanao because losing Kyojuro, Shinobu Genya, and Muichiro made him panic as he well as think he wasn’t destined to be happy with another man.

There’s a few characters I think should’ve gotten more screentime/panel time, but at the top of my head: Genya, the Hashira, especially Sanemi, Mitsuri, and Obanai. They probably would’ve benefitted from three or four more arcs.

I know a lot of ppl like Zentan but I just love their friendship and honestly, I think they would work each other’s nerves romantically. Same goes for UzuRen. And sorry to my moots who like/love this ship, but I honestly see UzuZen as this pair of friends who would give e/o shit or advice.

RenTan. Don’t get me wrong, I liked it immediately. But it took one or two rewatches of the Mugen Train arc for the chemistry, the instant camaraderie and parallels between Kyojuro and Tanjiro,and soulmatism to transport to OTP status.
