Anyway, back to Dante; he deserves all good things…as well as getting his guts rearranged and popping out babies for Vergil. Which brings me to my main complaint (that everyone and their mother has said)…there wasn’t enough Dante!

NX!Dante is THE babygirl of all the Dantes. He’s so fucking pretty, adorable, and wholesome (I tend to avoid using this word at all costs). Johnny Yong Bosch did an excellent excellent voicing him. You can tell he has absolute fun in the role.

That’s fair. But I definitely agree with you about hating the babies-after ending and certain characters being married (especially Inosuke, Sanemi, and Giyuu). I know hc Sanemi as bi, it seeing him married to a woman is just 😵‍💫

And overstay its welcome with fans, but I think in this case, I think fans would’ve appreciated more arcs, especially arcs that help boost characters who needed more insight and exportation into their development and mindset (such as Nezuko like you mentioned).

I definitely agree with KnY needing to be longer. In fact, I feel like its biggest weakness was that it was short and that shortness undercuts its greatest strength which are the characters and their dynamics with e/o. I get the feeling Gotouge was scared that making the series would make it drag…

Can’t really agree on the reincarnation chapter because O get sweet RenTan validation crumbs, I def agree on the extra arc to make sure Upper 4 and 5 aren’t beaten in the same arc. On fact, I think KnY needed quite a bit more arcs.

A wonderfully written slow burn enemies-to-friends(to lovers) ship. But nope, that would mean Tanjiro getting another m/m Hashira ship that is oils overshadow his canon m/f ship. 😩

For real. And, like, don’t get me wrong. I love KnY; it’s one of my my favorite anime/manga, but looking at Tanjiro’s relationship with Sanemi, I just lament the potential. Especially looking at BakuDeku and its development because SaneTan definitely could’ve been KnY’s bkdk.

Inosuke…I get that Gotouge was trying to do a Goku x Chi Chi with him and Aoi, but dear God the execution. 😩 And I stil think Inosuke’s thought process was “Tanjiro is getting with a woman, maybe I should too! And make sure it’s a woman Tanjiro likes too.”
