First of all, there’s no such thing as the Miracle Mile Shopping Center in Chicago. There is a shopping district called the Magnificent Mile. It’s not a high crime area, but like many central retail zones in the age of online commerce, it’s not doing very well.

I find this kind of comparison really annoying. First, the $230 million Trump wants is less than 1/2 hour of total US healthcare spending. Second, you don’t need to contrast Trump’s corruption with anything else to know that it’s bad

Honestly, among other things, i’m a little disappointed that this was so easy to do. I’ve always kind of assumed the building was armored.

I've been seeing this Blood Moon hype a lot. But unless you travel to a dark area and let your eyes adapt -- or take pictures with a long exposure -- all you're going to see is a dim, discolored moon.

There is so much wrong with this, but my pet peeve is people who call themselves “alpha males” without understanding the original research: In any group, there can be only one alpha. So if you’re hanging out with your alpha buddies, all, but one of you are actually betas or below.
