Suspect something like this might account for the insanely low figures. Again, the AHRC dashboard suggests around 10% of proposals at panels were eventually funded, for recent rounds. bsky.app/profile/chan...
But column two says "Year application received". This to me suggests that the success rate is "the probability that you would have been successful by Oct. 2025, given that you submitted in 2025", which is different from "the probability that you will be successful, given that you submitted in 2025"

The AHRC does publish a dashboard, though it's a bit unclear whether the data comprise all proposals or only those making it to panel: public.tableau.com/app/profile/...

FWIW at least the AHRC publishes panels and outcomes. The last few rounds of the ECR ('catalyst') and responsive schemes seem to have c. 10% success rates but that may just be of those making it to the panel: some might be cut earlier, and so the actual rate would be lower. ESRC probably similar.
