There is a certain grief of mourning a future you thought you'd have. For mourning a world you thought would exist. Especially when you weren't expecting much in the first place, just simply hoping for the opportunity.

2024. The year I spent almost entirely at home with no job, no money, transportation, or purpose in life. And it’s only the 4th or 5th worst year of my life.

I’m excited for the results of my autism assessment and dreading them at the same time. What if it comes back inconclusive or even negative? My entire reality for my whole life would’ve been based on a lie.
