Well, most of us here can't actually *die*, not permanently at least. But if I had to answer...based on a pure hypothetical, 0 experience behind this...I'd have to say having a very heavy book fall from the very top shelf directly onto your neck as you're bending down to pick up a book you dropped.

Like- an exact number? I'm sure Angela might have that documented somewhere, but I don't even know the numbers of my own floor alone, and definitely not the entire Library...
If I had to hazard a guess...maybe about a couple dozen thousand?

Picking a "favorite" would make me feel a lil guilty, but I do spend most of my time with Hod and Yesod. I try to make a point of visiting all of the floors fairly regularly, though!
