gastrointestinal tract means diarrhea.
Have plenty of Immodium at home, and probably stay home for a day or two.
Also insomnia 😑, nausea, etc

Oh. Frozen burritos and chimichangas are back, Extra Crunchy Taco Seasoned Beef & Cheese Taquitos too. Have been back for a few months now, the old varieties not the super expensive gourmet variety.
Problem now is they're still made in the USA 😭

When I was looking for a new magnesium supplement, all the reviews of note on this one (Life brand bisglycinate) were that it used to be good but now secretly contained magnesium oxide. I’m glad I heeded their warnings!

Wow, the surgeon really must have leaned on someone, called in favours. MRI again on the 21st. I was thinking another 5 months. Something went wrong, so he's bumping up procedure times, bless him. This has been ongoing for 5 years. That I still have my sanity (due to pain) is a miracle 🥳
