The turkey rolls, with or without stuffing, are fairly easy to do, cook from frozen. You can't eat the bones anyhow. Canned gravy, boxed stuffing mix, some veggies, potatoes and you're all set.

Been there yesterday. Watch out for the side effects of he contrast dyes. Or do without them altogether if you can. The stuff is toxic and are no finding it may stay resident in your body, in your brain, forever. Like lead poisoning.

😟 Being alone, and having to deal with any illness, or trying to, is the worst part. Especially if you're poor. So sick you can't even get up to make a cup of tea, or cup of instant soup to get some energy back into you.
Thankfully my poor old dog understands and doesn't rush me.

I don't pretend I understand it all, but what came across was the interconnection of everything, even in the stones. People are thinking, stones? How can stones be sacred or connected to us? And they've forgotten their own heritage, Stonehenge and similar constructions by white people.

Another young man shot and killed himself near our village yesterday, his parents live here. I don't know the circumstances, or heredity, except hopelessness and he *may* have had drug issues. 😢 Safe sites closed, can't get into shelters unless you're sober, etc.

😟 Apparently a lot are showing up at ER at hospitals, not so much because they're sick, but because they're cold, hungry, and have nothing after being burned out last summer.
