Hi Ben!
Both my autistic teen boys deal with a lot of anxiety. It often interferes with their life. They won’t try medicine and they won’t try my yoga ideas, lol.
What advice would you give me to help them out with this? I know anxiety often just comes with the territory, so to speak.

Ex boyfriend was driving & the passenger side (me) was completely crushed in. He got sued by another party that got hit when the car spun. Then he wanted me to lie at small claims court & say the light was green. Truth was i never saw it & that’s what i told the court.

I ended up placing 2nd (heptathlon) It was So painful I was crying after the first race, 100m hurdles, & my opponents carried me to the medical tent. I get upset thinking about it because i had done really well all year, training was great, and i was PRing up to the finals.
Oh well… life goes on.
