I got to wade in the creek finally. August always means the water is tolerable. ❤️

I haven’t worked out on a steady schedule for a few weeks. I’m trying to get through some health issues and haven’t felt very good. I will try to start up a gentle yoga regimen again just to stay moving, breathing, and keep the muscles working isometrically. No answers from Dr yet. Very frustrating.

I haven’t worked out on a steady schedule for a few weeks. I’m trying to get through some health issues and haven’t felt very good. I will try to start up a gentle yoga regimen again just to stay moving, breathing, and keep the muscles working isometrically. No answers from Dr yet. Very frustrating.

🍃At the clinic. Bp is 147/90 today. Uggg. On the upside i lost 10 pounds.
I’ve Been working a bit more on my diet, nothing crazy. Plus my yoga fusion has been a good help with my anxiety too.
Next step is to find a naturopath.

My German Shedder is doing what her title suggests, and I’m going crazy vacuuming and mopping the house. Plus she doesn’t let anyone but my husband brush her, & even then will fight him. I was so excited to get a new vacuum. lol

This was several years ago. We have a weird half wall separator in our entry way, and kitty Tharion copied what my kiddo did by hoping on the wall to sit with him ☺️. I think my kiddo was just chatting with him lol.
He was a good friend to us & we’ll always miss him.❤️

the cost of being a competitive athlete in my early days, abusing it like i would be able to do athletics forever. Sigh.

I’m such a tree hugger in heart that I scrounge for branches because i hate chopping the trees down. 😂
(I’m even a terrible gardener in rl because i can’t bring myself to trim my plants.)
My kids assure me though that i can get a cultivator to replant the forest, so that’s nice.

It finally stopped raining & Im enjoying being outside again. My neighborhood trail is flooded but i was still able to shag around the perimeter trail. My training is not intense since i haven’t ran in decades but I discovered the slow-run method called NikoNiko, & it gave me the courage i needed.

Ive been so lost in Valheim because the boys do everything for me, so i started a new world with a fresh new character so i could learn on my own. Its on super easy casual mode and is basically just a Viking Simulator now, lol. Its so relaxing.

Been told we have to move. Trying to organize, toss, &give things away in case we have to leave very quickly. I dont want to box things up yet but i feel a pressure to do so & stash it all away in a storage unit. I dont want to have nothing from home in a new place. Otherwise it wont feel like home.

Running at the local airport. Great view of Mt Shasta on one end, and Mt Lassen on the other end. One day hopefully I’ll be able to run around Mt Lassen 💪

Another lovely trail run with the dogo. It’s still the same trail as yesterday, just a different part and also during sunset. So lovely all the sights: egret, crows, sunbeams.🍃☺️

Todays jog was at the local nature trails preserve which is also full of little lakes. Doggo was very happy and well behaved. Im training her to be my running partner.
