I know folks in the #BTG fandom has mad love for Kat, but you will never convince me she is a good character. I genuinely don’t know why people cheer for her. She’s Machiavellian to a fault. She’s mean. She genuinely doesn’t care about how her actions affect others. She’s more “evil Eva” than Eva.

I never thought I’d say this but I’m really enjoying this fitness hobby. I challenged myself to walk at least 5k steps 3 days this week. Today I did a cardio/weights workout and went to Taekwondo. Saw a difference—knee didn’t hurt as bad, I was more flexible and my recovery was better.
