Vanaf 2027 kunnen EU-lidstaten buitenlandse bedrijven beboeten die mensenrechtenschendingen en klimaatverandering onvoldoende tegengaan. Maar na dreigementen van Qatar en de VS wordt de wet wellicht fors uitgehold.
