Oh I just meant the DSM-5 "definition of pedophile" applies to prepubescence, which I think is what they might be trying to say. Basically a technicality.

While ephebophilia is not technically classified as a mental disorder, they both can be illegal and disturbing.

I'm going to assume that this is their argument:

Pedophilic disorder is characterized by recurrent, intense sexually arousing fantasies, urges, or behaviors involving sexual activity with prepubescent children (generally ≤ 13 years)

You would probably need a wealth maximum as well, and consider immediate family or friends, etc.

I don't know if I necessarily agree with it (or if it would be realistic to enforce) but I absolutely appreciate the sentiment.

We need the "common person" in office. We need someone who knows us.
