Happy 59th Birthday to Utility Infielder Terry Shumpert, who the Red Sox acquired from the Royals in December 1994. He played 1 season for the Sox and in 21 Games hit .234 with a .592 OPS. After the 95 season he left as a Free Agent. He is a 1st Cousin once removed of Mookie Betts.
