I really don't understand fake accounts on the different socials. Seems like an easy enough problem to fix.
That said, fake accounts on STRAVA make zero sense to me at all. Like, why?

Important point about Medicaid cuts, which will cause a whole lot of rural hospitals to close: it doesn't matter how much $$ or insurance you have. If the nearest hospital is over an hour's drive away, that time gap could kill you.

I am really thankful for the ability to work from home for days like today. Traveled home last night, just moving slow, car is in the shop, uber was slow getting assigned to me, missed my train.
Glad I can just scrap it and head back home to get to work.

I just signed up for the Hidden Gem Half Marathon in September. It's one of my favorite races and fills up quick. If you are a Chicagoland runner, you should think about it!

-Move your body regularly, sometimes hard
-Eat whole foods
-Lean body mass
-Don't smoke
-Don't drink much, if at all
