Got to love finding out that justice comes with a price tag. Because I was not "injured enough" from a slip and fall on an icy sidewalk, there is no attorney across the entire state of NY that will help me hold the business owner accountable.

Monday January 26th, at 7:30 pm I make my return. With new council members and with a new council President, maybe we can finally get some clarity on local ordinance/code enforcement action against all of these absentee property owners in Jamestown NY.

On 12/29/26 as I am coming home from informing my city council they are failing to keep our sidewalks safe, this young man is doing the right thing while they continue to say its homeowners fault. I say the CITY should follow this young man's example as well as every local business owner should.

Some photos from my neighborhood on Fulton St, this is what the city council says they will not give us a dumpster to do community clean up about. Instead they tell me to commit trespass, go do what I want to clean up without them. This is a small example of the city as a whole under their care.

Roughly 4 months ago, the City Council president of Jamestown NY came to my door after a few appearances of me at the meetings. He got to see the condition of our sidewalks firsthand. So far, the brush in front of an abandoned house was cut. Sidewalk still unusable in places. Easements crumbling. /1

This is what we, the people, need to do. Our country was founded and will survive as long as we remember our voice and actions have power.
While I personally am not a religious person, "One nation, under God, with Liberty and Justice for ALL" was and is probably the most important idea our founding fathers set forth to us. We the People. Thank you for reading and any support you have for this message.

🧵 3/4 The money we send overseas, the percentage of that money that goes into the pockets of the recipient instead of the project it is earmarked for, needs to end. I want to be the voice of the people, not the corporations that push us to kill ourselves working just to survive.
