Time and energy. He’s quite ill. The rallies were like air to him. That he’s no longer doing them is evidence of his quickly failing health.

I don’t think he’s physically able to do rallies. He’s got a very narrow window to be in the public eye as it is, and those rallies take a lot of time & that’s the one thing he ain’t got a lot of.😶
