If you are in Colorado, the Colorado Rapid Response Network (CORRN) has been around since 2016/17 and can be used to report ICE raids. The network has dispatchers who take 12 hours shifts and can call trained volunteers in that zip code to respond, observe, document. undocuhub.us/corrnhotline/
