When I landed in SLC, I used the bathroom despite an anti-trans bathroom ban.

All US Presidents uphold white supremacy. If Harris were President, she would continue to deport undocumented immigrants, she also made this clear on the campaign trail. She would likely not do much to support gender affirming care to trans folks as she said that is up to the law.

My read on the act: This will likely be challenged in court very quickly, but Trump is going to use every tool at his disposal including investigations, the FDA, FGM laws, etc. to ban transgender youth care nationwide.
It remains to be seen if hospital systems comply in advance.
