As an intersex transmasc, person whos legally homeless, like many of us are, helping find community or even a couch to stay on saves lives- many of us are disabled so helping fill out paperwork for name/gender changes, getting on disability, or even for doctors appointments can help a lot.
if you’re cis, don’t offer trans people meaningless platitudes. instead:
- pay for someone’s HRT
- help a trans person find employment and housing
- donate to local trans organizations
- contact your reps and demand non-compliance with policies targeting trans people
- *listen* to us

As a DID system with similar gender identities, the amount of joy we feel as we each get to put on our hormones each day is indescribable. The goal of getting gender affirming care kept this body alive and we did it. Nothing will ever change whats been started nor can we be erased.
