We also have DID and we were a pretty severe case, noticeable enough to get diagnosed at 11- but we have a lot of experience with systems both IRL and online, DID to OSSD and have done more research on systems then any other disorder, from an early age-

Hell, even just seeing allies wearing shirts in public about protecting trans folks, especially the youth, provides comfort and hope, and you’ll never know who needs to see it and it’ll help normalize us to those who are transphobic.

So many people, like myself are unemployed and face discrimination in the workplace, and now with DEI gone, helping us find work can be life changing. Help us with networking and getting connected to more people as many of us are isolated.

Also do lots and lots and lots of research on your disorders, conditions and symptoms. You should also check out this website called stuffthatworks and put in your conditions to see what others with them do that works best. Find support groups online, I’ve found facebook and discord most helpful!

Most importantly listen to your body, don’t over exert yourself, rest is needed but you also got to find a balance that works for you of moving; stretching, massaging, or squeezing limbs to get better circulation, walking, even swimming if you need something low impact. Try to eat and stay hydrated.

When it comes to managing pain theres a lot you can do: Pain creams can be cheap at the grocery store, warm showers and baths with epson salts, heating/cooling packs which you can DIY if needed, elevation can help, diet, movement and rest can benefit, but it all really depends on your conditions..

Many doctors won’t prescribe pain meds for chronic illnesses unless you ask and persistently advocate for yourself- some may say theres nothing they can do but theres usually always something out there that can help. Weed products nowadays have too much THC to be helpful so look into more CBD stuff!

We’ve also been doing research on mental health for several years now, both independently, while living in facilities and shelters in groups and meeting people with numerous conditions, and with our therapists and psychologists. So, if you have any questions, feel free to ask or send a DM!

Not great at just dropping info without specifics due to autism- but if you have any specific questions about NPD or Bipolar we’re diagnosed with both, possibly have BPD, and have known and accommodated many borderlines in relationships including our current boyfriend, roommates, friends, ex’s, etc.

We’ve been educated about it by many professional, done a LOT of research over the years, and have met many different types of systems, (DID/OSSD), both IRL and online, for a very long time now. So, just throwing it out there if you’d like to talk to someone experienced and educated on the disorder.

If you have any questions or want to discuss with someone, we’ve been diagnosed and re-evaluated for it multiple times since we were 11. We’re definitely one of the more severe cases, but we’ve been living & studying it for a very long time now and would say we’re very knowledgeable on systems.

That would make a lot more sense.. If thats how its used tho, its honestly weird as fuck for the person who made this list to use “MAP” instead of pedophile. I wouldn’t expect it to be used in that way, especially as they’re trying to make the point that they are making.

OH SHIT WHAT THE FUCK- That seriously takes away from the seriousness of the world.. I genuinely couldn’t tell what it meant when it was clumped in with actually disorders- Like, call pedos what they fucking are, “MAPS” makes it sound like a disorder or sexuality or some shit-
