Politicians with 30%-40% of the vote should not control 100% of your healthcare decisions.

First past the post rewards parties that ignore most voters.

Proportional representation means governments that actually serve the majority.

Good news: more than 50% of the world’s economies have seen carbon emissions from fossil fuel power generation peaking. And with the speed of change in the electricity sector many more will join this growing list in coming years.

Instead of protecting Canadians from scams, Mark Carney’s Liberals are planning to develop a framework for stablecoins after crypto billionaires spent big to buy one in the United States.

The government claims it will “benefit men and youth by improving prosperity and good governance.” 🫠

Spotify is crashing HARD because of the boycott. Their stock dropped 11% in value over the last month. Let’s keep this going!

Tell everyone you know to boycott Spotify. There are plenty of alternatives that don’t run ICE advertisements and screw over artists.

We made it easy at boycottspotify.com.

Two powerful letters in the Toronto Star make it clear.

Canada’s real nation building project is not pipelines but a healthy democracy.

Proportional representation would strengthen our country now and for generations to come.

Still debating in 2025 whether flight attendants deserve pay for the time they work?

Reminder: every top-ranked country for workers’ rights in the 2025 ITUC Global Rights Index uses proportional representation.

Where elections are fair, workers’ rights are stronger.

I stand in solidarity with Air Canada flight attendants.

If parties in govt lose support from 50 percent of voters under proportional representation, they lose elections. That discourages them from passing unpopular laws.

Unlike first-past-the-post, where parties can win majorities without majority support, sometimes with less votes than other parties.

The EU Parliament is elected with proportional representation. Every vote helps shape the outcome.

If Canada wants to join the EU and align with their democratic values, it’s time we did the same.

We need democracy to exist. We need freedom of speech. We need this now.
The 2025 World Press Freedom Index is out. The top 10 countries all use proportional representation.

Canada ranks 21st. Over 80% of our media is owned by 5 corporations. We've lost 252 local outlets since 2008.

If we want real media diversity and accountability, we need PR.

If we truly share the EU’s values, we should follow their example in how they elect their leaders, using proportional representation.
