really liked the phoenician scheme but this is also the realest possible negative review of a wes anderson movie. it’s actively distant, artificial filmmaking in a way that does produce unique reactions! “as if the actors were pretending to act” is basically just his direction but it sure isnt wrong

Labour is fixing it and taking control of our borders.” it’s indistinguishable from right-wing rhetoric! an unbelievable escalation of a desperate effort to win back votes from people who were never going to vote for them in the first place. also, replies and quote posts were disabled, but not before the post got ratio’d hard.
