New Post: An Ontario court quietly issued a decision last week that returns us to a by-gone era of ex parte injunctions & secondary picketing treated as "illegal per se".

Curious, cuz the SCC ruled in 2002 that era was dead.

BTW, pay attention to how incredibly fast a business can get before a court & get an order banning labour picketers.

Judge learned about picketing at 5 pm. By 7:30 pm, an injunction was granted with no notice to union or picketers.

Justice moves quicker for some than others.
