I want to go back to simpler times. Back when things got tough and our body responded by just making more mucus to handle things. We focus too much on getting rid of the mucus, when I really think we need to lean into the mucus. Mucus in 2026- Can’t make things worse!

When talking to someone about this, I ended the voice note with “I would just hate to reach out and make them uncomfortable. I’m not a white man.”
I have a real world connection to someone I follow/have a parasocial relationship with on social media. I am so freaked out by this because I would hate if I ever met them and seemed like a weirdo. Social media is just terrible.
