My sister and friends stormed and occupied the Primeminister’s office in 1996 and defaced the picture of the queen. When she went to court the Indigenous judge dismissed the case with a fist pump in the air. Good times.

In these interesting times it’s small, seemingly inconsequential changes that can shift worlds. I’m slowly shuffling my inconsequential social media presence to BlueSky. I feel so powerless at times but I do have the power to disengage from the Metaverse and vote with my virtual feet.
