I wouldn’t say arduous. There was more tools than I was capable of integrating in the time. Probably because haven’t done much writing in a long time. I am very grateful for the opportunity to work learn and practice. Discomfort is often the best place for me to stay.

I practiced yoga while high. I did a Women’s silent Buddhist meditation retreat, fully present and engaged, then went and got on. It definitely didn’t stop me using. Only rehab 12 steps did that.
