As an advanced practice nurse of over 20 years, I listened with horror to RFK Jr's confirmation hearing. I just don't know who could hear his answers and think "yeah, that guy should be in charge of health policy for 350 million people. "

Trump's false claim about 38,000 Americans dying in Panama is troubling on many levels. 1. It's a blatant lie. 2. The fact that people suddenly think 38,000 lives are a big deal when they give zero f's about >40,000 lives lost in Gaza. (Which we know is actually much more)
