Lots of people misreading my meaning as “just be nice.” No. I’m saying begging/farming for followers is annoying and makes you look like a dweeb, there is no algo here, you can block what you dislike. Also bluesky has always been very chaotic good weird, that is diff than anti-social weirdo behavior
I’d forgotten about follow farming for the past 18 mos. Please try to be normal, build relationships, tell funny jokes, talk to people like they live next door, say smart things, post pets, block pests/trolls/harassers, but don’t bring the weirdo stuff, we’ve had a mostly nice-ish thing for a while
