The ghouls are out in force today on LBC. I am as shaken to my core as much as everyone else about what happened in Southport, but the death penalty is not the solution. It has been proven to not act as a deterrent - in fact, the threat of any punishment should be the deterrent - and even society...

50 years old. Honestly did not see this coming. As my Dad used to say 'you are only as old as you feel'. So, by that logic I am still 50!

I know this is dull to the point of falling asleep, but in my work we went live with a new piece of equipment this morning and for the first time in 20 years we have got through the first 4 hours without something breaking. Colour me surprised 😲
