I need to start using this app more, but for now, another album I’ve listened to recently is #HurryUpTomorrow by The Weeknd, and this is, in my opinion, the best album of the month and something that I think will make for strong contender in album of the year discussions. GO LISTEN TO IT!

I’ve continued my Kendrick journey.

In the days following TPAB, he became my favourite rapper and listen to GKMC solidified that. It’s not AS good, but it’s still in my top 5 rap albums, the bill of “short film” really fits. Also Sing About Me, I’m Dying of Thirst might be the best song ever made.

What was the first album you listened to in 2025?

For me it was finally getting around to experiencing To Pimp A Butterfly, And my god, what a record. By far, the strongest concept album I have ever listened to, and the melding of jazz and rap for the sound is so unique and enchanting.

Easy 10/10

Oh my I know it was like 12 hours ago now but still that was one of the best announcement shows ever and a massive improve to the awards show. Last year left me a bit cold, but credit where it’s due, Geoff knocked it OUT OF THE PARK!!!
